What do I do if there is a clash in my timetable?

If the total time allowed for both papers is 3 hours or less you will sit one paper after another in the same AM or PM session. If the total time allowed for both papers is more than 3 hours then we will move one of the papers to another session on the same day. You will remain under centre supervision with the exam staff until all papers have been completed
What do I do if I think I have the wrong paper?
At the start of the exam during the invigilator’s announcement, you will be asked to check if you have the correct paper and tier. If you think something is wrong raise your hand and inform the invigilator immediately.
I can’t remember my candidate number or centre number?
The centre number and candidate numbers are printed on the photo card that is on your desk for you to refer to. Both the centre number and candidate numbers are also printed on the candidate’s timetable.

The name and date birth on your Statement of Entry is used by awarding bodies to print certificates. If the name or date of birth on your certificates does not match your birth certificate/passport it could cause you problems if you are asked to show your certificates to a potential employer or for college/university at some time in the future. For exams you MUST use your legal names and NOT any preferred names.
You should also check that the subjects and tiers of entry you are entered for are correct and that no subjects are missing.
